When Wes retired, I didn’t think twice—I told Bryan I was going to work for him. Funny enough, I don’t think he ever officially interviewed me! (We still laugh about that.) Starting over was definitely scary, but I believed in what we were building.

Bryan had the business skills along with the passion for helping people. I handled intake and sales, paralegal work, and eventually took charge of billing as our cases moved along.
